Access our free service called Signpost to help you find your way. All you need is an email address to sign up.
About Signpost
Signpost is a free, automated wellbeing email service.
Individuals who subscribe receive a regular flow of helpful, supportive information on wellbeing, health services, and practical skills for living in the UK.
The service is designed to provide consistent, gentle support between face-to-face appointments.
The content was co-developed by London partners including Thrive LDN, Doctors of the World, Refugee Action Kingston, and the London Borough of Newham, Clarity in Marketing, and is supported and funded by the Mayor of London.

Partners: help us spread the word
We have developed a promotional pack to support colleagues across London’s local authorities, NHS trusts, and the voluntary and community sector, educators, and beyond, encourage anyone who would benefit from Signpost to sign up.
- Within the pack there are promotional assets which include posters and ‘business card’ size flyers which you can print locally and use in community spaces or during direct appointments.
The copy in this pack is currently in English. We are working to have translations of the copy in community languages developed. However, for now, our key goal is increasing awareness among professionals and practitioners supporting individuals seeking sanctuary, so they can help individuals subscribe.
