Free online suicide awareness training to learn how to spot warning signs, start a conversation and help someone find support

As part of Great Mental Health Day 2026 on Friday 30 January, Thrive LDN is hosting a free online Suicide Awareness Training session delivered by the Zero Suicide Alliance (ZSA). The session will run from 10am-11.30am and be held on Zoom.
This year’s Great Mental Health Day theme is ‘Everyday Spaces’ — the familiar places and community settings where connection happens and support often begins. Knowing how to respond if you’re worried about someone can help make those spaces safer, kinder and more supportive for everyone.
