Join a Community Advisory Panel and help ensure mental wellbeing and climate action go hand in hand
Do you want to be part of building a London where mental wellbeing and climate action go hand in hand?
The London Mental Health and Climate Coalition has been awarded funding from the National Lottery to make this vision a reality.
To make sure we learn from those most at risk of climate and mental health challenges, we are creating a Community Advisory Panel, and we’d love you to be part of it.

What is the Community Advisory Panel?
The Community Advisory Panel will advise and challenge us, ensuring our work is accountable to Londoners and bringing the community voice into the wide range of activities we’ll be doing.
Who can join?
No prior experience is needed. We welcome people who:
- Have faced barriers to traditional decision-making spaces
- Have lived experience of social disadvantage or systemic inequalities
- Are interested in the links between climate and mental health
- Are connected to communities underrepresented in climate action
What’s involved?
- Commitment: 3 meetings per year (mostly online, one in-person)
- Duration: 1.5 hours per meeting
- Remuneration: £25/hour + travel expenses
- Support: Childcare, technology assistance, and accessibility needs will be covered
Your voice will help shape a bold, city-wide effort to tackle climate and mental health injustice.
