This panel will discuss the challenges faced during COVID-19 and experiences of inequality and issues raised through the Black Lives Matter movement. Panellists will explore the value of arts and cultural activities in supporting better mental health and wellbeing and how it can be used as a tool to build resilience amongst individuals and communities. The panel will also review the link between culture and education and how arts and cultural activities can be used to advance your career goals.
