#TakeWhatsYours campaign - helping people who are struggling with money
We want to help people who are struggling with money
#TakeWhatsYours is London awareness campaign, run by Quids in! magazine. It is designed to show that there’s no shame in getting support, especially when our money and mental health are involved.
Quids in! knows there are lots of reasons why people do not, or cannot, get the help they need.
Throughout August, we consulted with Londoners affected by financial hardship. They told us this type of messaging resonated with them most. We’re keeping things simple, direct, relatable, and easy to share.
You can read more about what residents told us in our special report Tackling Stigma: Substance Over Sympathy and blog Shame on Who?.
As many of these barriers as possible need to be reduced. So, partners across ten London boroughs, with support and funding from the Mayor of London and Thrive LDN, are working together to make sure no one misses out on the support available.
Help is out there.
You might not know it’s there. You might think it’s not for you. But it’s yours.
So, go get a helping hand! And Take What’s Yours…

About #TakeWhatsYours
This campaign is backed by Thrive LDN, with support and funding from the Mayor of London to promote wellbeing in the city. There will also be a mini-series of short videos produced by CB Plus to help people understand the barriers they may face being published in October.
About Quids in!
Quids in! is run by a community enterprise called Clean Slate Training & Employment. We are all about helping people escape financial hardship. We do this by helping them access all they’re entitled to, spend less, reduce debt, create a savings pot, and find work (or better work).
We also help people get online, which makes all these things easier. We offer one-to-one money coaching and run money and job-hunting events. We also publish magazines and guides, money emails, and tools on our website to link people to the money help on offer.
