Who we are
Thrive LDN is a citywide public mental health partnership established to ensure all Londoners have an equal opportunity for good mental health and wellbeing.
As a partnership, Thrive LDN brings together organisations from across sectors, creating an infrastructure for prevention, where public mental health is a collective responsibility and a common goal.
2022/23 achievements
In our most recent Impact Report for 2022/23, we spotlight just some of the work undertaken by Thrive LDN and partners to help paint a picture of this in action.
Notably, during a year that proved challenging for many Londoners as they faced increased cost- of-living pressures, we continued to respond to Londoners’ changing needs in relation to how they seek support for their mental health and wellbeing.

Helping Londoners’ get through another tough year
- Carrying out extensive engagement with Londoners, especially focused on the emerging cost-of-living pressures and London partners’ response to this.
- Training more than 5,000 Londoners to better support themselves and those around experiencing poor mental health and struggling financially.
- Fostering networks and knowledge sharing through an Economic Wellbeing Forum.
- Strengthening community activism and connections with the citywide Getting Through This Together campaign and Great Mental Health Day.
Taking a targeted approach to support those who need it most
- The expansion of data sharing to support suicide prevention in London, with data now being collected on attempted suicide and self-harm.
- Co-developing initiatives with young people to support their wellbeing, which includes more than 200 young people attending a young-Londoner led festival at City Hall to mark World Mental Health Day 2022.
- Cross partnership working with more than 500 education professionals across London’s schools, colleges and universities on leadership and mental health and suicide prevention training opportunities.
- Through the Right to Thrive initiative, establishing a Community of Practice for grassroot and community led organisations engaging directly with Londoners at disproportionate risk for poor mental health and wellbeing.
