Thrive LDN is a citywide public mental health partnership to ensure all Londoners have an equal opportunity for good mental health and wellbeing.
We are a coalition of partners working towards the shared mission of ensuring everyone living or working in London is treated fairly and can live a happy and healthy life.
We coordinate and support a range of activities to support suicide prevention in London.
We provide a variety of free wellbeing resources, from trauma-informed practice to building resilience.
We coordinate public mental health communications across the capital, both universal and targeted.
London is a diverse city and often global events have an impact on mental health and wellbeing closer to home.

Help Yourself and Others focuses on things that enable good wellbeing, from social connections, keeping active and self-care, to tools for those volunteering in the community.
We produce and continually update a series of evidence briefings and deep dives, which summarise the known impact of a range of global, national and regional crises and adverse events on Londoners’ mental health and wellbeing.
