Coram supports children and young people from birth to independence, creating a change that lasts a lifetime.
Established by Thomas Coram as The Foundling Hospital in 1739, Coram is the UK’s oldest children’s charity. We fight for children’s rights, get young people’s voices heard, help develop skills and support children and young people to thrive.
Coram’s Young Citizens
Coram’s Young Citizens design and run workshops for other young people including workshops on skills for wellbeing and building support networks. In their latest animation they share their experiences to help young people new to the UK who may be struggling with their mental health. Made in partnership with Fitzrovia Youth in Action and animated by Dan Murtha.
