We’re Mind, the mental health charity.

We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Today. Now. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support and advice, and fight your corner.

World Mental Health Day 2020 is the most important one yet.

Mind research showed that over two thirds of young people (68%) said their mental health got worse during lockdown. Many have developed new mental health problems as a result of the pandemic and for some existing mental health problems have gotten worse.

Prioritising mental health has never been more important than it is now. So this World Mental Health Day we want to encourage you to Do One Thing for your mental health.

We’re really pleased to be taking part in Thrive LDN’s World Mental Health Day Festival 2020. Whether you want to take the first steps towards getting some help or find support for someone close to you – Mind is there for you.

You can find more information and free resources on our Do One Thing webpage.
