Free resilience and conflict resolution workshops for London’s frontline and community workers

Frontline and community staff have found themselves navigating challenges including, increased demands with shrinking resources, the emergence of the cost-of-living crisis and shifts in approaches towards work following the Covid-19 pandemic.
Workplace resilience is crucial for fostering a positive environment, empowering organisations and employees to rebound swiftly from challenges. Resilience training equips workforces with essential tools to navigate challenges, fostering adaptability, fortitude and a positive mindset.
By enhancing coping mechanisms and stress management strategies, employees can thrive amidst uncertainties, contributing to improved wellbeing, increased productivity, and sustained organisational success.
Thrive LDN has been working with Healthy Dialogues, with support and funding from the Mayr of London, to offer a series of free online workshops designed to meet the expressed challenges faced by anyone who is in a professional role supporting others.
All workshops are free-to-attend but pre-registration is required.
